Shipping Policies & Pricing
Orders placed on SlydogSkis.com are reviewed within 1 business day. If all items in your order are in stock your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days. If an item you ordered is not in stock and/or requires custom molding it will be scheduled for completion in between 1 and 6 weeks. All items in your order will be shipped at the same time.
Business days are Monday – Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.
Our shipping prices are based on items in your cart and your shipping location.
Here's a breakdown of our current shipping rates based on shipping country.
Small products rate for orders that include only apparel, mount kits, stickers, and other small items:
- Continental United States – $10
- Alaska & Canada – $25
- International Orders – $35
Large hardware rate for orders that include only large hardware, or combination of small products and large hardware:
- Continental United States – $15
- Alaska & Canada – $35
- International Orders – $50
Snow Scoop rate for orders that contain at least one snow scoop, and any combination of large hardware and small products:
- Continental United States – $20
- Alaska & Canada – $40
- International Orders – $55
Ski Package rate for orders that contain at least one set of snowmobile skis, and any combination of other parts, accessories or items:
- Continental United States – $35
- Alaska & Canada – $85
- International Orders – $100
Free shipping – get free shipping on large orders!
- Continental United States orders for $750 or more
- Alaska & Canada orders for $1,000 or more
- International orders for $1,000 or more
Most orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS and USPS or SpeeDee. You will not have the option to chose your shipping carrier.
Delivery times vary by carrier and shipping location. Shipments to addresses in the Midwest may arrive in as few as 2 business days, while international shipments may not arrive for up to 12 business days.
We will notify you when your order is shipped. That email will include the tracking code(s) for your order. Unfortunately you will not be able to view the status of your shipment on our website. Instead, visit the carrier's website (USPS, FedEx, etc.) to view the status of your shipment. Please allow for up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be available on the carrier's website.
If you created an account on our website you can view order information, including tracking codes, via your account.
International Shipping Fees
Yes, your delivery may be subject to import taxes and additional shipping charges depending on your shipping country's laws and regulations. We do our best to work with carriers to build international fees into shipping costs so we can help you avoid unexpected fees. However, we cannot guarantee that the shipping vendors we pay these fees to are in fact covering all international fees required. We cannot ship our products to PO Boxes.
Unforeseen & Unavoidable Circumstances (Force Majeure)
Sometimes there is a weather delay, a vehicle breaks down, power goes out somewhere or there is some other unforeseen circumstance outside our reasonable control that prevents your package getting to you on time. These things are often referred to as "acts of God". In those cases, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to be sure you get your package as soon as possible. However, our normal shipping and delivery guarantees do not apply to these situations.
