Once we’ve received your return request a member of our sales team will review your order, your products and reason for returning and either approve or reject the return. We will communicate with you by either phone or email, depending on the complexity of the return.
Please allow 5-7 business days for a response to your return request. And, remember that we do charge a restocking fee for most cases, as outlined in our return policy.
