Our custom mold order queue is typically 1 to 4 weeks out, depending on the season and how many orders we're processing. Once your skis hit the mold they'll be pressed, trimmed, boxed, and ready for shipment in a couple days. We'll notify you as soon as your skis are shipped!

Yes! We run promotions and discounts at various times of the year and as part of large motorsports events.

Yes, you can return unused items that are in original condition. Please see our Return Policy at for all details.

If a return is approved it is subject to a restocking of 15%, and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Here are some common returns that we accept:

  • Mount kits that don't fit my sled's year, make, and model
  • Unused carbides or round bars
  • Unworn apparel that doesn't fit
  • Uninstalled exhaust or other parts that doesn't fit a sled year, make, and model

Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds are only given if products are purchased directly from Slydog or at Any Slydog products or apparel purchased from our dealers and distributors, or at any other retail stores, are not eligible for a refund from Slydog. You must contact the store you purchased the item from to request a refund.

Be sure to tell us right away! If your custom skis, bogies, accessories are parts were damaged during shipping don't hesitate to tell us.

If you receive a damaged item, you must submit a return request at and provide an image of the damaged parts.

We will not ship new or replacement items until we receive and inspect the damaged parts.

We ship with a variety of carriers including SpeeDee, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We choose the best priced carrier based on your shipping address and order items.

We do not offer expedited shipping options (2nd-day, next-day or overnight) through our website.

Yes, your delivery may be subject to import taxes and additional shipping charges depending on your shipping country's laws and regulations.
